Since 2022 — leading UI/UX direction for Hero Wars: Dominion Era, a large-scale desktop title by Nexters. The project combines layered interface systems, evolving LiveOps, deep PvE/PvP mechanics, and a strong meta — all supported by polished and intuitive interface work. Responsible for shaping the visual system, guiding a talented UI/UX team, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a consistent, high-impact experience.
Expertise also spans adjacent areas: UI animation, player onboarding, narrative framing, and design documentation. Key strengths include deep product understanding, clear and transparent workflows, and the ability to create a safe, inspiring space for designers at every level.

Over the past 2 years as a UX Lead at Nexters, I shared responsibility for shaping and driving the UX direction of the desktop project Hero Wars: Dominion Era, working closely with fellow leads and the Art Director. Together, we defined strategic vision, contributed to product hypotheses, and ensured high-quality execution through collaborative leadership.
Led and mentored a team of UX designers, building processes around feedback, prioritization, and cross-team alignment. Took part in hiring, onboarding, and growing expertise within the team while fostering strong communication with product managers, analysts, UI designers, and engineers.
Co-developed and maintained the design system, UX patterns, and internal guidelines — ensuring consistency and scalability across the project. Participated in UX-driven feature design, hypothesis testing, and behavioral analytics to support informed product decisions.
Focused on building a sustainable UX culture where design is a strategic asset for enhancing player experience and driving product impact.
Since 2018, I’ve grown from a UI element artist to a confident and independent Senior UI Artist. Over the years, I’ve learned to take tasks from initial concept to final release — including ideation, cross-team communication, documentation, and polished implementation.
Comfortably handle both visual and logical aspects of UI: I design layouts, user flows, interaction scenarios, and visual solutions. Took the initiative to improve internal processes, maintained UI documentation and guides, and actively contributed to feature discussions across disciplines.
